Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how U6VPN handles data when you browse the website, manage an account, or use subscription services. Website analytics and network activity on international routes are separate data categories and are handled under the rules below. Please also read the Terms of Service before using the service.

Account and Order Data

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. U6VPN processes usernames, password verification data, and account status for authentication and access management. Registration does not require an email address. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request. Do not submit personal information unrelated to the issue.

Subscription management requires retaining the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction reference information, data usage, and refund processing records. This information is used to activate the service, verify entitlements, and resolve billing disputes. Support ticket content and attachments are used to investigate issues you report. Do not submit passwords, full payment credentials, or subscription keys.

No-Logs Policy and Operational Information

U6VPN follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through international routes, store visited URLs, destination domains, webpage content, or DNS query history, or retain connection logs that link an account to specific browsing activity.

Plan data usage is measured only to calculate consumption and available entitlements; it does not provide a record of website visits. Temporary connection status needed to operate routes is used only for traffic forwarding and troubleshooting, is not retained as connection history, and is released when processing is complete. Operational maintenance uses aggregated status and error categories to avoid creating individual browsing profiles. Website analytics are described separately in the next section.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, and feature clicks. They may involve technical information such as pages visited on this website, referring pages, browser and device categories, access times, and network addresses. Analytics are not used to reconstruct browsing activity on international routes and should not contain passwords or subscription credentials.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language selections and essential interface preferences. Login credentials identify a signed-in account and should not be shared. You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies, clear site data, or sign out. After clearing data, you may need to sign in again and reset your preferences; this does not automatically delete account or order records held on the server.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant payment provider processes each payment and handles the information needed to complete the transaction under its own rules. U6VPN receives payment results and transaction reference information to verify orders. Do not submit payment account passwords in support tickets.

U6VPN does not sell personal data. Data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service, handle requests authorized by users, or respond to applicable legal requirements. The information shared and its use are limited to what is necessary. When using a third-party payment page, please review that provider's privacy policy separately; this policy does not replace its disclosures.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while the account is in use. Order and refund records are retained until accounting checks, dispute handling, and applicable legal retention obligations are complete. Support tickets and website analytics are retained only while needed for their stated purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Retention periods depend on the purpose of the data and are not extended without a practical need.

You can sign in to the user panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete data through the support ticket portal. Account control must be verified before processing. We will explain and restrict the use of any data that must be retained by law or relates to an unresolved dispute. Deleting an account may affect subscription access; clearing browser data does not replace this request.

Policy Updates and Questions

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be explained through an on-site notice. Where consent is legally required, it will be obtained separately as required.

If you have questions about data processing or the outcome of a deletion request, please describe your specific concern in a support ticket through the user panel. Include the relevant feature and the action you would like us to take, and avoid attaching sensitive information unrelated to your request.
